Bajaj OD sales people will call you relentlessly, if you pick and start talking to them, they will sell you the product, later you will realize that they have not told many things.
Here is my Pain which I am going through.
DON'T PICK PHONE FROM BAJAJ OD SALES PEOPLE, NEVER EVER BUY THIS. YOU WILL BE BUYING PAIN FOR LIFETIME.
March 2021: After rejecting countless calls made by Bajaj, I was unfortunate to pick one and started talking. I know that I will sink in these talks, it was my bad and my mistake only that I talked. This person(Amit Misra-96549 8xxxx), convinced me by giving half information. The loan amount was 17, 50, 000 and 17524 was a processing charge. The whole amount was transferred into my bank account and I returned the same day except the processing fee. For that, I started paying EMI… around 200 Odd per month. The loan account number was P404PSP2455057 He(Amit) never told me that there will be AMC charges on this account every year… This, I came to know when 2nd set of cheaters from Bajaj started calling me in Nov-2021.
Nov 2021: 2nd set of frauds are Reshma Begum( 98440 8xxxx) and her supervisor Krishna Marappa( 96201 5xxxx), They started calling me relentlessly and again to my bad fortune, I picked once and talked… Probably this is the strategy that Bajaj follows, Not respecting anyone's wish and privacy. These two people told me that my OD ROI( rate of interest) will be reduced WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE, they did not talk about any charges, so I agreed.
They took my documents. When the processing was done, I found that my old loan account(P404PSP2455057) was closed and a new account(P404PSP3408052), This was done without my knowledge. They never said that they will open a new account and will charge the processing fees again… this is cheating and the modus operandi of Bajaj Finance. open one account… after some time offer a change of interest and open another account for the same customer and charge the customer again.
I am not using this OD facility at all but still keep paying for the processing fees which are being enforced by telling lies to the customer. The funny part was that they were charging a Processing Fee for the closed account and also for the new account. For example, the current outstanding balance for my new account(P404PSP3408052) is 34666, which includes the processing fees for the previous account as well which was closed without asking me. WHY should I pay processing fees for 2 accounts, that too when 2nd account was opened without my consent and the first account was closed without my information… All I was told was that it is JUST a rate of change of interest WITHOUT any extra charge.
Now when my fight for this double processing fee was ongoing, they have charged Rs 3477 from my account as EMI at the starting of this month Jan-2022. Now, this is again something that was never told to me by anyone and why should I pay this much EMI when I have returned all the money immediately except the disputed double processing fees.
PLEASE HELP ME COME OUT OF THIS TRAP, I DON’T WANT THIS FACILITY, BAJAJ IS A CHEAT COMPANY AND I DON’T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THEM ANYMORE… THEIR SALESPEOPLE CHEAT THE PUBLIC, THOSE SALESPERSONS HAVE ONLY ONE AGENDA WHICH IS TO SELL SOMEHOW, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW ARE THEY DAMAGING SUCH AN OLD COMPANY LIKE BAJAJ. FOR EXAMPLE, NOW IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, I WILL HATE BAJAJ, I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BAJAJ, EVEN IF IT IS AS SMALL AS ONE IRON BOX. SUCH KIND OF REPULSION I HAVE DEVELOPED FOR BAJAJ AND I WILL BE EDUCATING OTHERS FROM NOW ON. LOOKING FORWARD TO A SPEEDY RESOLUTION. I JUST WANT TO CLOSE THIS. PEOPLE WHO TOLD LIE MUST PAY THE DAMAGE FROM THEIR POCKETS. I HAVE LOST TRUST IN THIS COMPANY, JUST WANT TO CLOSE THIS FOREVER.
