1. They keep calling for loans meant for working professional. Once the executive has been informed(many executives who have called) that a person in not working and asked to update the same in the data base why is not done and the same calls repeated.

4. They start to work on loan process then employee gets unwell for 2 weeks plus and doesn't give the case to another employee
