Hi, I want to share my experience on a product of Bajaj which is a Bajaj Calenta 15L capacity. We purchase this product on the month of November 2020 from Jorhat.But the technical staff was not good at all.Technician cannot being the appropriate material which are necessary for set up Geyser.First of all he asked me to purchase the material from electronic shop but I unable to find the screw after visiting 15 to 20 shop.when I asked her please tell me the shop name where we find the screw then the technician tell me, you cannot find this screw.This screw is come from company only technician should find this.Then I get angry because he only send me to borrow the screw.If he know I cannot find the screw , then why he send me.After come from town I told the technician, you waste my valuable time and money.But he told me today itself I install your geyser but he don't come and cannot receive my phone.This type of problem is very difficult for a person who live single in a city.Company should have to provide all the necessary screw with the product itself. This was my genuine experience related to this product.Thankyou
