Hello friends, I am Shivam and today I going to to share my personal review experience with Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance. I have taken policy of Allianz healthcare in last few months, last week I submitted doctor sonsulting bill of 30000 and medicines bill also, I daily send reminder for refund policy but didn't get any response for their website. They clearly refuse to refund my bills by saying this is not covered in your policy. This is a fraud company which doesn't follow its policy and promised which they didn't taking on policy. They do not call you after taking policy from them.
Customer services is totally bad and no help and support by them.
Claim settlement, they refused and describe a reason which is not correct or true.
Premium policy is also take too much high as per then policy plans after it.
Rank of plans are high but they are not giving Claims which dependent on plans.
Staff Attitude is good during first time meeting but they ignore you when they claim money.
