Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd, Pune had given me quotation of 0 Dept car policy of 7100. Policy was purchased by Singh Motors and I was charged 9, 193RS/-. I called Bajaj customer to solve this matter-however, they kept on transferring my call from this dept to next dept - that too without any proper information.


Rates for same car for 2 people can't be different by any chance. I can understand difference of 100 or 2. But difference of 2000 is simply not acceptable?


Policy of 9193 is in proposal state and I believe can be withdrawn. However, there should be someone who listens to you, right? Whom to call?


Customer service people in actual don't want to solve the problem. They simply listen to the problem then say this is not our dept problem. I will transfer call to other dept and your call keeps on moving. Hold period for each dept transfer is 10 mins.


I lost my one hour with customer service and still didn't get answer to my query.


GOD knows if they do claims at least properly. I believe NO as they simply don't answer properly.
