This is to warn every one not to buy Bajaj products like toasters, grills, coolers, they are troublesome and their service is absolutely casual. You have to make hundreds of calls to get their person to respond. Just avoid this company. Recently I purchased a Bajaj toaster grill which has a cracked body, I took it back to 'Ezone' within a day, they told me that Bajaj representative will come in a day to get it replaced, which has now crossed to over 4 days with no response from both ezone or bajaj.
It is extremely frustrating It is better to avoid this Bajaj products.
