This is a good product, but the food tray has a dent on it, may be due to package handling. Its a good oven but it doesn't have separate knob control for upper and lower heating elements. This product is a very productive oven for small family. Its meets a our requirement and we recommended it to all. It's a value for money, efficient and cost effective, best for making a pizza and roasted chicken or meat.
