I bought a pair of Bacca Bucci shoes recently, but I am disappointed with them. Although they looked good and arrived on time, they are already showing signs of wear and tear, like the soles separating from the upper part and stitching coming apart. Moreover, the shoes are not as soft as they were before. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and did not offer any solution. They asked me to return the shoes at my own expense, but their return policy was confusing. I wouldn't recommend Bacca Bucci shoes to anyone as their quality is poor and their customer service is terrible.
The customer service I received from Bacca Bucci Footwear was very poor. When I tried to contact them about the issue, they were not helpful and did not offer any solution. They told me to return the shoes at my own cost. Moreover, their return policy was confusing and did not make sense.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend Bacca Bucci Footwear to anyone. The quality of the shoes is not good and the customer service is not helpful. If you're looking for a good pair of shoes, I would suggest looking for another brand.
