I had a bad experience with babyoye earlier. Then I wrote a complaint about that and they very well handled my complaint and sorted the matter out, hence I am changing my opinion about them now.
The customer simply wants the service/product provider to accept the mistake and apologize and babyoye did that with me and hence I do not have any issues with them at this stage now.
