I have been using this product for the past week. I was using it as per my gaynac's prescription. It gave me decent results in gaining weight but I felt nothing in peculiar to be mentioned energy wise. It comes in various flavours i.e, you can choose from mango, pineapple and chocolate and they are available in 2 different sizes. I used it twice daily for adding extra calories to my diet. Overall, I feel this product is worth a try for every weight gainer.
