I am going to share my experience about this brokerage.
Axis Direct is the biggest fraud: After a month's trading in Futures, suddenly I came to know that his interface shows the wrong average. Because of this the futures that were actually in loss instead of profit after a few days As a result, I lost around 12, 000 rupees in a gap of 05 days. I dug deep and came to know that there is no report of each other at the settlement price. Even after considering the brokerage and all other charges, the settlement report shows a lot more value than the trade value on their next day
I called their customer care, gave remote access and all the evidence shown. After a few days I called again and asked to speak to the supervisor, but he said that no one was available and he would call back. No body after 07 days has been called
I strongly suggest not to use Axis Direct. They have very bad support. Their systems are very worst and poor technical flaws. Keenly watch and note down all the trade otherwise you will loss your money gradually.
