I took this axis bank credit card. Never used it/ but now want to close it. the bank is nightmare. they have no procedure to close credit card. one branch to other to next and then new story. finally only by phone it can be done. but there is no such option on phone.
WOW! the bank is fully dubious to not close the credit card and check there is no procedure on the bank website as well.
if you want to open this account, then pls consider if you have no other option left. It is worse than the worst bank. I dont know why RBI can take action against these type of credit cards! and if by any chance you need customer service... then ........ you will come to know.
It is definitely not a bank.
