Pathetic bank. Review on Axis Bank

How do you describe AXIS bank?? "Ghatiya" is the prompt word for Axis bank.Please don't go by it's valuation in Indian Share Market. Ask the customers about how these guys treat you? Actually HNI clients are treated good. But nornal clients are treated like 'Shit'. I have really bad experience with AXIS bank. Not in one branch, but actually in two. VASAI & DADAR T.T. I was employee with Educational Institute in Vasai last year and I had an salary account with Axis Bank Vasai. My account was inactive for several months as I left that job within two months.

There was no contact by Axis bank branch about Zero balance for several months after that. I even tried to contact the person to discontinue my account but he insisted to convert into savings bank account. They had behaved very nicely before opening account there but showed their true colors once the account was opened. And same thing happened in DADAR TT brach.

I was not willing to go to Axis bank branch Vasai due to their rude & 'we don't care' attitude.So I went to DADAR T.T. branch of Axis bank by listening to one of my friend who is Employee in AXIS bank in Marketing department at higher position. Employees at Axis Bank started forced me (literally) to close account at Vasai. They even gave me 3-4 suggestions/reasons to fill up in the form about 'why I discontinuing account with Vasai' and helped me close the account in VASAI. Then one of their representative even came to my house to request me to Open new Savings account with their branch DADAR T.T. As they had helped me to close my previous account with Vasai branch just to pull me on their customer list, I agreed.

I opened SAVINGS BANK account with Axis Bank in Dadar T.T. branch.But the experience was not different. You won't believe it those guys made me fill form for NET BANKING for four times and even after 5 months they could not start my NET banking services. They give 'Faltoo' excuses about it. Sometimes they told me that your 'PIN number' may be in 'PROFESSIONAL courier' office, but denied to give me docket number of courier, and sometime they make excuses of lots of burden on bank.

Last time they crossed all the limits by telling that 'NO ONE STAYS ON YOUR ADDRESS'.That's ridiculous. When I told everything to my friend. He laughed histerically and said ' I know my bank, we work like this only' and no one cares for you if you are not High Net worth Individual Customer for AXIS. It was like worst sentence I could hear about AXIS from someone on Senior level position in AXIS.

Guys, really their is NO CUSTOMER CARE for AXIS bank. AXIS BANK SUCKS!
