Hello guyzz I am account holder of axis bank. This bank takes a lot of secret charges, and never reviews to the customer about their hidden charges, after charging the hidden charges then they tell the information about the charges. My debit card online password was blocked and I asked them to make proper. After a month I went to dubai but I couldn't make any online transaction due to my debit card password. They do a lot of careless and never gives fully information to the customers.
And the main problem of axis bank is minimum balance in saving account should be 15000 rupees, otherwise they will charge the interest, for middle class people it is very difficult to maintain 15000 rupees, the check book request is very quick but the manual service like cash receiving and cash giving is very slow. The atm service is too good but manual service is bad they always tell to buy the insurance and irritate a lot to buy life insurance and childrens plan it is very disjointed. There is a lot of need to improve their service.i thing I should change bank
