I am having Axis bank account for last three years. I am not happy with their process and charges they are detecting. Mostly I am using net banking for transaction. In rare case only I will take money from ATM that too in Axis bank ATM. But sometimes I will get message like I crossed monthly free transaction in axis ATM like that. I took personal loan in another bank and I am doing auto payment for personal loan from my axis bank account.
Two months back my account was detected Rs.500 something for late payment of personal loan. I contacted axis bank customer care person and conveyed everything what happen to my money. That person told me that you are not having sufficient money in your account for your personal loan. So that your balance personal loan money and late fee detected once your account got credited. I told him that I have enough balance in my account on that day. I have my account statement for proof.
Then customer care person told me “That bank may detect your money wrongly sir. I will raise request against this to get your money in your account”. He sent request number too. But still I am not getting my money. Even it is private bank I am not satisfied with their service.
