I am a customer of this bank for more than 8 months now. I am satisfied with the performance but there are regular service charges incurred by the bank and I guess more than Rs.500 has been charged by the bank for its services so far.
The services however are fast and easy to use but service charge is really too high. The staff at the bank are well behaved and polite and offer required assisstance.
The bank needs to revise its charging tariffs otherwise its a good bank with up to the mark services.
