If you are using axis bank mobile app then be alert. This app demands access to manage your phone calls. If you do not permit then the app will not load. First simple queston is that why bank wants to manage a customer's phone calls. Why should a customer give access to a bank to manage phone calls. Your all call details are accessed by this app and may be stored on their server. I was using this app for last one year. When I saw a program on india tv news I found it useful. I learnt that we should not allow some permissions like permission to access camera, phone calls, sms, microphone etc. Nobody from Axis bank customer care is responding to my email. Axis bank had come in front as the most unreliable bank during demoneterization and many of axis bank officials had done unethical work. so I do not trust this bank and even their mobile app. If you have installed axis bank mobile app then you can try by going to settings in your smartphone, then select apps, then select axis bank app and then go to permissions and deactivate all permissions. Now see your app will not work. This app may be stealing your private data. So beware and stay alert.
