A friend of mine wanting to open business account had an horrible experience. poor soul had multiple issues. their site was highly unreliable. Customer service clueless, kept sharing same link to upload docs and data. and kept saying we have raised ticket for your issue and you will hear in 24 hrs. Probably using AU small finance banks standard time which doesnt have a 24hr duration. Finally 2 weeks later they come back saying they only open account if you have a GST no. Now this guy has a very small business why would he apply for GST and take all the pains of GST filing which is required for a business with atleast a turnover of 20L.
If this is what the experience before opening account, wonder what would be happening to folks after they open an account with them!
