Last week I visited Worli Saeface with my friends. We had lunch in Atithee Restaurant located very near to the seaface. Its a small restaurant but a nice one. We went there at 1.45pm and it was not that full.
Ambience & Customer Service:
Ambience of this restaurant was awesome & customer service was mind blowing. We were 4 people. When we entered the restaurant we all were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff ascorded us towards the tables. We were served with fresh water & waiter gave us the menu card. Mild music was playing inside the restaurant. Overall we experienced a cool & calm atmosphere.
Food:
The menu card included Veg & Non veg dishes. Veg section included Appetizer, Soup, starter, Vegetables, Maharashtrian cuisine, Accompaniment, Chinese veg cuisine. In Non veg section it included Chinese Non veg cuisine, Chicken/ Ghost dishes, Fishes & menu card ended with Rice dishes, Papad & Raita, Deserts. The menu card was not over flooded with many dishes but included some really nice dishes.
We ordered Manchow soup & chicken crispy in starters. It was very tasty. The quantity of soup was bit less but the taste was nice. In main course we ordered Veg Dum Biryani, chicken tikka masala & 4 butter Roti & 2 masala papad. The biryani was hot every time we were served from the handi. Chicken tikka was spicy but was bearable & was very much tasty. The quantity of Biryani & chicken tikka masala was quite good. Our tummy was very much full but we were willing to try the deserts. So in deserts we ordered Kheer. It was fantastic, full of dry fruits. The fragrance coming out from the kheer was very nice & yummy. It was very thick & when we tasted it, we were like WOW. We all were satisfied with the food served as well as the bill also:P
It was a nice experience enjoying the tasty food with mild & soft music.
Overall I truly recommend this restaurant to all who visits Worli.
There is a branch in Mulund also but don't know much about it as I have not visited it yet. Will try to visit it once & review my experience.
