Few months back I have purchased this laptop for my daily use and the purchase has turned out to be one of the worst purchase of my life. the laptop is made of very poor quality it is not that strong in quality. this laptop is basically not suitable for rough and tough use. even if you use this laptop regularly for 3-4 hours it gets heated up and this disappointed me very much also the laptop screen is not that strong in quality. in my case the screen of laptop is very loose and it is difficult to work on this kind of screen.the display do not works fine while playing videos sometimes display shows green lines on it I have also raised all these issues with company and company have failed to solve my problems even my laptop is under warranty. now whenever I call the company they just reject my call so as per my experience the service & support of company is very poor.
also the battery life of laptop has disappointed me very much after charging the laptop for 3-4 hours it merely works for 2-3 hours only which is not satisfactory as compared to other laptops in the market. during charging the charger of laptop also gets heated up and this has disappointed me very much. even the sound quality of this laptop is also not good. listening music on this laptop was not so great for me due to poor round speaker quality. this laptop weighs only 1.9 kg which is quite ok for me but style & design of this laptop is not so great as there is nothing extraordinary in it.the another bad thing about this laptop is that whenever I connect this laptop to wifi it automatically disconnects.
overall this laptop has failed to satisfy me and as per my experience this laptop is not so user friendly and it is not reliable for long term use even this laptop has no value for money as it has disappointed me very much. at last I will not recommend this laptop to anyone because of poor company service and poor laptop quality well.
