Hello guys, I have been using Asus GL55 Laptop for more about one year. Well guys I regret now to have it. my friend suggested me to buy it because it was cheaper than other laptops and ASUS is a brand. But I regret now why I tell you below. go through it.
User Friendly- Well guys in this laptop you don't know easily to even shut it down. some times it goes in sleeping mode automatically. moreover the biggest problem is Battery back up. I always plug in to charger other wise it won't last even one hour.
Reliabilty- Well guys it is not reliable at all. any time it hangs, any time it gets off and on automatically. keys stop working. some times simple softwares donot support. all the time windows updating message comes.
Satisfaction- friends I am really not satisfied with its performance. I type any thing and suddenly it gets off, I lose all the data. battery problem, hanging problem.
Value for money- Well guys though it is cheaper than other laptops but so many problems it is having. I don't think it values your money at all.
Service and support- Well service and supprt is ok.
