Worst response and service ever from a builder

Review On Asset Homes, Cochin

Have you people ever known anywhere that the maintenance charge for living in a rented Apartment for just 7 months is one more than Month rent itself!  I had to pay more than a one month rent as maintenance charge for living in a rented apartment with Asset homes for just 7 months. It was 2 BHK and there were just 3 people including a child who lived there! Even a metro like Bangalore never has got such kind of maintenance charges!  The apartment had one of the worst residents association, where everyone was trying to act too smart!

I've experienced the worst Customer Service from Asset home Builders in Cochin and so has left the though of buying a flat with a builder, where the Management is not ready to accept the responsibilities and thinks itself to be the best in business with no improvement needed! Pathetic service!
