Planning to Invest with Asset Builders (Bangalore)

Review On Asset Homes, Cochin

I am planning to buy a flat with Asset Homes builder. The marketing guy Abdul helped me to understanding, but can anyone help me, in letting me know if this builder is really genuine and delivers commitments made? Please advise or suggest me the same.

What steps should I take before choosing the same and also what questions I need to ask to them and what should be the expected steps to procure the house. I am very new and this is my first time so please help me with this.
