Shopping is a stress buster for ladies, and now a days its so convenient to shop as we have got lot of shopping portals. I love shopping Online. Websites like Amazon, Snapdeal, flipkart give you great deals. Recently, I was searching on google for a nice water bottle that I can take to office. I came across a very nice bottle on Ask me Bazaar. Com. I thought to order it from there as the price was resonable. It was for Rs. 275. It looked like a great deal to me. I ordered the bottle, waited for few days but the bottle never arrived and there was no communication from them about the delay. As I needed the bottle on urgent basis and it was 7 days past, I contacted their customet service. The agent didn't have any idea and asked me to wait for 10 days. He said only after 10 days, they can check. I asked them to track my order whether it has been shipped or not, to which they said they dont have the details yet. I asked them to cancel my order, but they said they don't have the procedure. He suggested simply don't accept the order once the courier comes. So, I had no choice but wait. After few days approx after 15 days of placing the order, I got a text that my order is cancelled without any explaination. I got so frusturated and bought a bottle from a physical store. I had a worst experience with this shopping website. I will continue shopping online but never again try shopping from this website.
