I don't know why are they even running the business. Consumer comments on their page and the response to this question clearly shows their inability to deliver orders and if at all delivered send a low quality or fake product. I personally made my first purchase during 2015 and the experience made me realize what bad customer service means and why I shall pay extra to Flipkarts & Amazons of the world. Dealing with the customer care of askmebazaar was a nightmare.
Multiple follow-ups, a petition on change.org and hunderds of comments on facebook made their Marketing General Manager call me up. I was refunded my money and was issued a Rs. 2k coupon as a goodwill gesture. The best part - Even the order that I placed with the coupon was never delivered. Do someone know what their real business model is? Clearly they are not earning from selling goods. Are they selling customer databases?
