Order AB2957838, I had ordered & paid online for Samsung Power Bank on May 12th which is still not received and I had written inquiring about the same at help@aSkmabazaar.com but not received any reply so far. And its so tough and patience killing when we need to reach their customer care+914444444444, we need to wait for almost 45mins to talk to any customers.
I am really disappointed and unhappy with my purchase experience with aSkmabazzar when compared with leading online supplier like amazon, flipkart, myntra. And also aSkmabazzar supplied duplicate & chinamade product which is not genuine. I am sharing this based on my true experience as I had received samsung battery [order DGA2957724] which was also ordered on may12 along with my power bank order, I received the battery before the estimated delivery date but not the power bank. Guys please wake up who are too much into online shopping. please dont loose your hard earned or dads money through this fake online portals. No one should face a shock like me. I am a media person and I will be going forward with my complaint in consumer court soon.
