Why mouthshut doesn't allow bellow 1*??. Review on Askmebazaar

I ordered a product on 13th, may, 2015(i did not know they will take 10 days period to deliver it) after getting confirmation SMS I came to know it will be delivered to me within 10 days. on evening 23rd May I called their customer care number 04444444444 they said the product will be delivered to you in next 48 hours and you will get confirmation call withing 24 hours(practically today only), neither I got confirmation call nor delivery. on 25th may I again called they said they have filed a complain and product will be delivered to me by next 24 hours on 26Th may I wrote a proper mail regarding the order with full details of calls I have made(till now I haven't received any reply from them).

After 26th may I have made 4 another calls every time they registered my complain and promised same(every time I told them about my previous calls and promises they made earlier).

Till now as on 3rd May, 2015 my order has not been delivered to me and today when I called their customer care I have been made same promise let us see what happens.

Best Part: I have ordered the product COD delivery.

Worst part: I have ordered the product to gift it some very-2 special and I have told about same already so still following up.

Advice: Please always order any thing COD only(and that too when you are getting same from nowhere) after order don't expect that you are going to get the article 100% for sure.
