I recently registered on this website. This is one of the worst websites I have ever come across. I registered my business but when I try to find my business the website will give all other listings but my business.
The best part is that if I ask for something in Dadar, Mumbai the site will list everything in mumbai! I wrote to their customer service and they took 7 days to come back to me. They then realized the mistake and said would rectify my listing in 7 days! They admitted that they have a technical glitch! But refused to answer the question " why did you take money from me?" They also send email alerts which may be for a business which is not even related to your business specialty! Staff is rude and pretty moronic.
Advice: Stay away and go to Just Dial which has excellent service standards
