Asansol is not very far from kolkata. It is 4-5 hours away from kolkata. I was going by bus from burdwan. I had bad experience in asansol because my wallet was picpocket. Then I know that is normal in there because of addiction in young age. It is very bad to heard it. So, safety is decreasing timely.
Mainly asansol is well developed, crowded city. Many coalmines are situated there so, many times I saw labours of mines. The roads of the city is big and I think people of every state living there.
But I dissapoint about cleanliness and safety. Also any tourist attractions I had not seen . I saw only two parks. There is too much pollution and traffic jams.so I did not like this place.
