Defected car sold be aware of Akshay, Harish Kakka. Review on Arya Motors - Mehrauli Road - Gurgaon

They did not inspect the car in showroom said it is in warehouse, sent a defected car at my doorstep, billing was done in wrong name and for wrong date and month by, car was already driven 120km before delivery, KC Sharma salesman said it came from warehouse to showroom then to your home, distance from my home to showroom is 26km only. Car is getting breakdown I informed them multiple times but they have refused it.

Be aware of KC Sharma, Akshay and Harish Kakkar, if they won't let you check your car never buy from them. It's is been 12 days my car is at the service centers they are using my petrol and CNG did a bit makeover made it running and forcing me to have a joint venture drive if it will not stop then I need to keep it, when their driver came to pick the car he was not able to start it. But they have avoided that and had refused all error.

I'm fighting against Arya please connect me if you too have any issue with them. I will share the video after 30 minutes of breakdown car started was not picking up the speed. This video is too refused by TATA Arya service centre - Tarun Sharma. KC Sharma on a call said he didn't do checks, it was Akshay and Harish Kakkar who asked him for delivery so he delivered it to me I have this voice recorded with me not sure how to upload a voice conversation.

I have video recorded on 1st Feb car got stopped at Rajiv Chawk local people helped me after 30 minutes, car was started but was not taking pick up someone from public tried to drive and speed up the car but it was not taking pick up so I have recorded that, and the circle head Shoaib Gohri said on chat that any car doesn't take pick once started on a gear of 3. But in video car was running and we were only trying to speed it up.

When service centre driver came to pick the car he was not able to start the car too he was struggling and after 10 minutes car auto got started. But this is also avoided by TATA Arya and Tata Motors both including Shoaib Gohri, Tarun Sharma, Harish Kakkar who diverted my call to someone else, who behaved like why I'm calling him I have that call recorded too.

I paid on August 31st but car was registered on June 28th. In the name of some Sharma.

Shoaib Gohri the circle head said it is not his call I need to connect with sales team@Shoaib Ghori then what is your responsibility to just check sales count?

Is that you and Harish Kakkar who are forcing sales team to do sales by hook or crook?
