My husband had a very serious operation about a month ago. He was given a 50/50 chance of surviving. The doctors said if he did survive he might die of blood poisoning or pneumonia. Our family and friend prayed and he is home now.
We now own a Apple Mac Pro 10 computer. We would never would have bought it for ourselves but our son bought it for us for $1500.00. His dad could get to the computer so he can use this in bed or in a chair.
The Computer:
It is quite light weighing about 4.6 pounds light and fit into a shoulder bag.
It comes with a Active Matrix 12 inch screen, (it has a glossy finish), I can use it with windows and Macintosh, the CPU speed, (MHz) is over 1000 and the RAM is more than 256.
It is built so it has the power of two processor cores, (up to 2.33GHz), inside a single chip that is called Intel Core 2 Duo.
I like the 2D and 3D graphics, video editing, and he likes the music encoding.
MacBook Pro supports hard drives up to 200GB and up to 3GB of 667MHz DDR2 memory and has a fine wire 800 port, iLife and a double layer burning super drive.
I have even installed Windows XP, (to get their updates). It will work with any mouse you have.
It has an ATI Mobility Radeon X 1600 graphics processor under the hood there is a 256 MB of GDDR3 SDRAM powers the mobile visual studi. You can retouch the color, edit on location or video conference with friends.
It was designed for people to take everywhere and so I can watch American and Canadian TV stations or listen to music when we are on vacation. I hope that will be soon.
It does not come with Photoshop or Adobe reader. That doesn't bother me because of the graphic designs, the Ram and the processor.
I did have an Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional installed so I can surf the ne and read everythingt.

The man who brought us the computer installed a connection between our old one and our new one.
Do We Like It:
Even if it was only worth 10 cents we would love it because it was a gift from out son.
You Will Like It:
It has the best features that any other computers we have owned.
