You have options in the case of internal memory, you can choose from 16 / 32/64 GB phone and the RAM is 1 GB DDR3 RAM , its slim look makes it more attractive.
Sound reception is really good. Apple takes proper care about the reliability of its phone so don't worry about it. Overall apple I phone 6 is a great phone too buy although the prices are high but you wanna buy an iphone so you have spend money for that
