At the beginning of my career, I was offered a job of Business associated the package mentioned on naukari.com was pretty decent. I was only 19 years old back then. Now, I am an entrepreneur and an Investor. But this is about the time I was first starting my life. If you are reading it and you're going through the interview phase just quit and go home kid, it's not a real job.
I was called for an interview on the first day, I had to give some aptitude tests on the first round. ( now that I think of it, I laugh).
I had never worked anywhere before this so, it was new for me.
I had got selected and called to the office the next day for round 2.
They hooked us up with another business associate working there, the guy took me out on the field and took me to Mcdonalds and Started to discuss what I know and was asking questions as if I am being hired to work at Google.
He got the right answers from me, I was always ambitious and he took me from buildings to buildings asking money from people for charity. They do not take cash only cheques is what he said.
he taught me how to bypass a security guard by saying names written on the board of the apartment entrance. Like if you do not know just read some random name from the board and you're dressed well you can get away with it.
Firstly, that is a criminal offense to use alias names and lie to a security guard and enter the premises. and it will be very awkward and shameful when you get caught doing that.
They give some 20% commission on the basis of charity you collect from people. He taught me a few things like this on the way throughout the day.
Then there was some dude, wearing Suite and stuff started to give a soft skill lecture to me. ( now, after 6 years, I make way more than their entire teams do)
It's like a cult, they will keep you in the loop and I really feel bad for the people who are brainwashed to do door to door sales, but they make it more glamorous than it is. The guy who took me out for a run in my second round was an engineer, and was born and brought up in Dubai. Now, I am pretty sure he's not with them anymore but the good talent is being brainwashed with this cult which is very stupid.
My only recommendation is, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. or anything which has a cult following, it's often a scam just like Sahara. They have no business model, so they compensate with these things by brainwashing the freshers and using them. Go work at Reliance and you will know what work is and what security is.
