Apollo munch health insurance west. Review on Apollo Munich Health Insurance

My experience with Apollo Health till now is worst. Till now I have not applied for any reimbursement for any type of issue. The basic things whenever you opt for a policy are your details. If those are not correct then you will not eligible for any type of reimbursements.

The agent who came for policy took wrong data with him. My name spelling, my wife DOB and my child name and age were entered wrong in the policy. I uttered all details in clear and loud in detail. I came to know about wrong details when I received the policy kit after a month. Earlier I keep calling the agent for the corrections and he keeps on saying sir I am doing it. At last after 3 months he told me Apollo is requesting for the ID proofs for cross check which was not requested at the time of issuing policy.

After it I contacted the person whose numbers were provided on the policy, I was shocked as he was not aware about the issue. Now the same process I am following up with him and still my policy is not with me after 4 months of period.

Me and my friend both opted at the same time. My friend's also has some corrections in his policy and he is also following up with Apollo guy. The old policy without corrections was delivered to him after 3 months as the courier guy was not able to find the location of his home. In case if a courier guy is not able to find address he will call the person whose phone numbers are mentioned on the courier. But the courier company took back the policy and after some time(near about 1and a half month) called back and asked for address location.

Just look at the type of courier company facility Apollo has used for delivering the policy. My policy was delivered by the agent and my friend policy was sent by courier.Apollo has took money and has forgot the customer. No prior health checkups were performed. This is only case of corrections. I am worried how long it will take when I will be in actual need of my health insurance. I will switch to other health insurance policy next year and will never ever suggest anyone to go for Apollo.
