My brother-in-law joined for dialysis and got a severe kidney problem and the doctors forced to join in ICU. We do not had any other chance but to accept as the patient's condition is too critical and not possible to move to another hospital. At this point the total bill was already 3 lakhs for 7 days.
Then doctor's kept the brother-in-law for another one month mostly on ventilator. I am sure they have used him as a specimen trying all sorts of highest possible costly medicines and ultimately they declared that he is no more after a month. But he was already no more 15 days before.
Every day the comment we used to listen from doctors is we will do our best. But they did best to send him out of this world. I am sure they want to keep the patient as many days as possible to earn more and more. All the tests, diagnostics, consultation charges are double, tripled and so costly that we need to sell our gold, home and finally paid the bill of 16 lakhs to get his corpse released.
Totally money minded, costly hospital. Staff Attitude may be good, but of no use.
