Dear All viewers and readers firstly want to say that please please please please do not ever book your vacation with antilog vacations, as they just make you fool and your dream vacation would be worst by choosing them; like me was in trip in Bangkok & Pattaya with my wife from 04 March 2017 to 08 March 2017.
They provide me the hotels and transfers and sightseeing @ too high cost which I compare later from other agents OK let this I thought may be they provide better services as their website showing 97% positive reviews but as soon as I arrive to bangkok airport the cab provided to me for the transfer to pattaya was worst and not a luxury coach as said by the customer care executive pooja; second when we arrive to pattaya there was a under water world pattaya tour where there is no assist on that and when we mail to the company they saying that you don't worry you tour is mention and will be done.
What happen they forgot to provide the tour and when we pressurize a honda city car came to pick us up and follow the tour like they mentioned that your all tour and transfers will be in SIC and then how a single honda city came to pick us up for the tour; second at that evening we have the alcazar show where the cab which pick us up was 10 seater and out of eight was full of boys who are drunk and I was with ma wife and was not feel good so I drop a mail to the company that the lady was with me and the cab was full of drunk boys so please change the cab but there was no response Means if your family or Colleague was in trouble let it be but the company means nothing for you; you just paid them and get lost and make your trip horrible.
So I took a cab of my own and reach to the hotel next when we arrive to bangkok after a two days of trip of pattaya; then the room was provided to us was not the same which shown in pictures; I know that the photographs are taken by the professionals so its differs from the actual but the bed was different the shower room was different even the television provided in the room was 15 inches CRT and manufacture year written on that is June 1999 means, today is 2017 like 19 year old television is kept in that room and the picture send to us on our mail was a led t.v. and a good shower area.
We just drop a mail to the company and a reply was get from Gunjan Kumari ji that we just booked your hotel and standard room if you want to upgrade the room you ask to the reception only; means we paid to ANTILOG and request or share our problems to another one; so we just paid 1000 THB extra for per night to the hotel directly for change our room to the standard only one but the room was much better than the booked one the room category was same but the hotel is president park and they have two wings the old one and new one; Ms. pooja shows us the room of the new wing one but the hotelier provided room on the old wing and the Antilog vacation customer executive Pooja and Gunjan Kumari says that you have to request the hotel to provide room on the new wing; that is not my job.
Any ways one thing which is too better of this company the business techniques as most of the executive of this company are girls and you anyhow don't shout to them and even they talk to you in any manner and you only have to listen as there is no any other option to instead of listen to them….
So dear all visBrianbalakumaranrs please do book your holiday,honeymoon trip after surveying more option and better to go with a local agent of your town so as you have someone to whom you shout or may share your problem instead of these cheaters…………….
