I am here today to talk about a certain package that I took from Antilog Vacations on accounts of my Holiday to France. I don’t usually write reviews and sorts, but I felt the most inclined this time to pen down(or, I would rather say, type) one just to pass the word about the overwhelming services we benefited from, from the same. Here it goes.
The name of the package from Antilog Vacations which lasted for 6 nights was France Extravaganza. The trip took us across the country visiting Paris, Marseille and The French Riviera. It was a customized package and we choosed all the places we wanted to visit, and not as a preset package provided by the company, which was the best part. What about the rates? The cheapest ones we would say we came across!
Now, let me tell you what so impressed me about this trip that I took all the pains of writing down this review. We interviewed a good number of companies before signing up. While there were some, with so full of energy, selling themselves off by telling us how superlative and best in the industry their packages were, there were others, uncaring, without even the slightest bit of emotion simply answering questions. But it wasn’t the case with Antilog Vacations, we found.
The agent who we got in touch with sounded more like a personal travel advisor. She helped us choose each and every single activity considering our age(my wife and I, both are 55+) and suggested tips on how we would be able to save more on our vacation. This was a good gesture, you see. There was nothing typically “marketing” throughout the convo; all you would feel like is talking to a friend who knows a great deal about the place you are supposed to vacation in. Rest assured, we signed up and made the entire payment. There was no reason why we should have thought twice!
We had a warm “meet and greet” as soon as we landed at the airport. Transfers to and from the hotel(s) were in luxury coaches, and same was the case during the excursions too. We traveled to and from Marseille and The French Riviera in speed trains at no extra cost borne by us. We especially liked the Horse Carriage City Tour in Paris.
Accommodation was top class. Five star hotels, as we requested, were arranged for us. We found the hotel staff very courteous and the stay as warm and comfortable as can be. Food was all inclusive and we ate at the hotel mostly. The hotels had some very good restaurants and we really enjoyed the food which was non-vegetarian most of the time(even during breakfasts). The highlight of course was the romantic candlelight dinner during the end of our trip and the special spa treatment which we received from Antilog Vacations as a complimentary gift that made the vacation more worthwhile. It was our anniversary vacation which was made more special by this out-of-the-world gesture from Antilog Vacations.
Talking about excursions, we visited some of the most amazing cathedrals and monuments in the country which France is famous for. The trip to a wine valley and perfumery were absolutely amazing. It was sort of an achievement to see the original Mona Lisa in Louvre. We have got some nice pictures and a bucketful of memories to cherish throughout the lifetime, and the credit goes to Antilog Vacations. Without their infallible efforts into giving us an impeccable anniversary vacations, all these won’t have been possible. There is nothing we can complain about regarding the vacation and this is why I would call it the most satisfactory vacations we have ever been on. I am already buying a surprise trip for my widowed daughter-in-law and her son. Hope they get to enjoy the same perfection as we did. I wish Antilog Vacations the very best for the future.
