I have completed my BCA(Distance) at Hosur center. Now I regret why I choose this institute as there is no support for student requests/issues. This university has Worst administration and examination staff I have ever seen. I need convocation certificate and consolidated mark-sheet. I have been trying to reach out to them for last one month but nobody is responding. They have listed multiple numbers but noboby takes there calls. Also when I call the study center, the staff there hung-up call while I was still explaining my situation to them. This is ridiculous, as of now I have no idea where to reach to get these requests done.
So please don't take admission in this university. You will not get any support from the university regarding your queries.
