Don't want to make any comments on doctors skills of this hospital as I am not in the same field, but definitely they pissed me off by their thought process.
This private hospital operates on a fee-for-service model, where doctors are compensated based on the number of procedures and treatments they perform. This incentivize doctors to prioritize unnecessary curative treatments than palliative treatments, which are more expensive and generate higher revenue for the hospital.
Will love to continue this discussion, if any doctor from this hospital want to carry on.
