I am having headache in dealing with American express card. I had converted some transaction into EMIs. After paying few EMIs I have foreclosed the EMI by paying up the full amount. But the software bug shows up that EMIs are still running. And the Finance charges are levied every month.
When I call the customer service, they are unable to explain why Finance charges are levied. They keep me on long hold and every month they come up with the story of software bug.Over-charging to the customers is a CHEATING. If you have AMEX card, please check the statement carefully.
