I applied for an American Express Card. they fixed an appointment. I was at the stated place of appointment for the meeting. they didnt come. they didnt call or cancel either. I kept waiting. One hour later, they call, and without an apology, they say whether they can come now. Indecent and poor customer service.
It is unfortunate to see such poor service even before the issuance of the card. Imagine how bad the service will be post issuance of the card.
