Amdocs Pune aishwaryasingh23s well above the industry standards. Incase owing to ignorance, you have accepted a not-so-great offer, you can still bargain for it. About onsite, you will be literally glob-trotting every 3 months or so as Amdocs has consistently provided highest onsite chances than any other company in Pune.
About work nature, I too had heard that they do maintenance/support mostly here@Pune. And they put you into any technology!
I was just curious that it happens(putting into any other technology) even if the job has been advertised specifically for a Java/J2EE post, and the person has been interviewed specifically on Java/J2EE. But it seems seems to be the norm in many MNCs/big organizations.
Work Culture is semblance to any MNC.
