I am writing this email after being so much frustrated, harassed and bullied by a particular delivery agent, customer support and cold attitude of ATS who does not take any action on my multiple complaints about this delivery agent, who s been continuously canceling my prepaid orders as "refused at delivery".
Below I am mentioning all the order ids which have been marked as "refused at delivery" and even after making several complaints to the customer, ATS continues to give these orders to this particular delivery agent, does not remove him. He fearlessly marks my every order as "refused at delivery", this says it all, that ATS is intentionally harassing me! as customer support shows and behaves too helpless, this particular delivery agent picked my call only once and on your recorded call, he showed the audacity to me, to openly say, that "he will make sure that I should not receive any order delivered to me".
This particular delivery agent has misbehaved with me once, I have raised complaint against him on Amazon customer support, no action has been taken, and since then, this one particular delivery agent, openly and very fearlessly marks my prepaid order as "refused at delivery", "order canceled", even after continuously making complaints of him to customer support, ATS seems to be deaf and blind, and takes no action against him, they give my orders to this delivery agent only, who repeatedly marks my orders as "refused at delivery", it is visible, that ATS and both these delivery agent are harassing and bullying me intentionally!! Without ATS support, this particular delivery agent won't have been able to do so!! Just see yourself, Below are the order IDs mentioned, in which, this has happened continuously and please investigate all my calls made to customer support.

After being so much frustrated and harassed, I am mailing directly to you now, and in case, if no action is taken against this particular delivery agent and the people involved in ATS who are supporting this delivery agent in harassing and bullying customers like me, Amazon will lose me as it's customer, I'll uninstall this app. If I receive no response and no action taken even after mailing you.
Please work on my issue on an urgent basis. Otherwise, you'll have to lose a precious customer of amazon like me, with rare return record!
