What I liked most about Amazon.in Service: which made me to shift from Flipkart( to a large extent) and good hooked on.
Absolutely professional approach to service
Wish List features: that provides the up to date info on the price and also the degree of change of the price since one had identified an item in wish list
Ability to consolidate the wish lists on to Amazon from other sites
Very reliable Sellers and service providers on its market place: in general
Responsive team at Amazan when an issue is escalated( indeed it has happened only once in recent times)
Unique feature of allowing us to inform CS team to call immediately or within 5min if one is still dissatisfied with the service
Well I am truly wowed with the Returns Policy and Practice of Flipkart, recently I had the pleasure of having one item replaced with return courier facility without any charges and without any fuss..really great!
Haven't had the opportunity to return on Amazon site so far.I normally buy books/house appliances/mobile accessories.
