Hello friends.
I order an item from Amazon.in
My Estimated delivery was on 22/02/2018
But until today I havent received my order.
My order number is #404-0144759-8332361
I didn't even receive any Message regarding my Delivery so when I call the customer care service of Amazon they told me that I will be shipped soon without letting me know what is the exact location of my order.
I ordered it through my debit card.
And this item was something that I needed in time otherwise I have to face a loss.
Today an Hour before a received a message from Amazon that my item cannot be delivered and has been cancelled.
How can they cancel the order before informing me why did the customer care services keep the customers in a deception.
If I would have known it before I could have ordered the same from any other website.
So in aggregate amzaon.in is not a trustable online shopping website plus the extra charges are vey high becos we have to give extra shipping fees if we have multiple orders in our cart and each item would be delivered at different times.
Although I loose my important time but I happy to share my experience with you so that what happen to me would help someone from repeating the same mistake.
