My experience with amazon.in has been good enough.
Whatever product I have purchased from here also been of good quality for me and apart from this I have to say every product has delivered ON TIME which is also important for any online shopping company that their product delivery should be on time.
Whenever I needed to call customer service regarding any query.i have been satisfied. I do have the app also which is excellent in terms of fastest searching products, making payments, checking out etc. BUT iam not satisfied with Great Indian Festival Sale which started from 20 Sep. 2017 because there are some products.which are still on same price as they were before starting the sale. For ex. Samsung Galaxy J7 prime 32gb.Before Sale price- 15, 900rs.After Sale price- 15, 900rs.No change.So, in terms of reliability Not upto the mark.
