Well amazon is a MNC and have been providing its services from a long time and is a leading online site of world. But in India is has not been that great, altough I have been a regular and satisfied customer. Customer service is great, delivery time is less the company is absolutely reliable. But talking about product quality once or twice I didn't got what was shown in photos, app and website are satisfactory, I don't strongly recommend this site but range price and other things gives less chance to complain.
Summing up amazon is a good site to shop and u can confidently transfer money for them
