Hello Everyone, Today I want to share my experience with the world famous online Shopping website Amazon. Recently I ordered Redmi 4 Smartphone of MI through Amazon. The product was delivered on time even one day before the mentioned delivery date.

I wanted to gift this phone to my father as he doesn't had a smartphone. But when I received the phone there was no Phone inside the box. so I immediately contacted Amazon customer care number and told the customer care executive about the issue and he asked me about the order number and then he asked me to wait and that they will contact me soon. After 30 Minutes I received the call from the customer care regarding the issue and they stated that they will pick up the order by Wednesday and to keep the Box as it is and not to use any of the items inside the box and apologized to me for facing such a problem, I kept calm and told them to provide me the phone as soon as possible as this is a gift.

After one day the new phone arrived and I opened it in front of the Delivery Executive and checked if everything was well and good. The Delivery guy took back the box without the phone. I was very worried because I had already paid the money through online banking and was wondering if I am gonna get my money back and more importantly the phone which was a gift.

Soon my father's birthday came and I gifted him the all new Redmi 4, he was so happy to have a smartphone for the first time.

Thus Amazon has a very great customer and delivery service as well. I feel very happy after shopping from Amazon. The product Quality they provide is great and Genuine.

Taking about the delivery time I always get the product before the mentioned delivery date. Their mobile app is very user friendly you can check the status of your order and also shop among the millions of products the have listed on their web portal. As I am a Amazon Prime user I get free delivery of products which is a wonderful thing for me. Amazon is very reliable and trustworthy website. I am its loyal and satisfied customer.
