I prefer to buy products online because there are discounts, easy to compare and find things what exactly we needed. I'm posting this review after experiencing eBay, Flipkart etc. Basic thing which we have to remember is, Amazon is a kind of broker or middleman between buyers and sellers. There are many sellers sell product on Amazon. But I always try to buy products from Amazon fulfilled sellers. By that, I can able to return the item in case I don't like it. Best thing is customer service where you can have a chat with them online and your problems will be resolved very quickly.
The delivery system(Amazon Transport) is just unbelievable. It delivers products almost any part of India and packing of the product was more than it needed. It's not like I never had an issue with Amazon products or delivery. Once when amazon pantry delivered items, one items container was broken(honey), spread everywhere inside the box. On sharing my issue with customer care on chat, they replaced it without even taking it back. Even though it was not under the return policy. Delivery boys come to the doorstep to deliver or to pick up the items. Which is very convenient and as a customer, we always get extra 10 to 15% discount or cashback on Amazon pay. Which makes me stick with Amazon India.
