Hello friends, I want to tell my shopping experience with amazon that was pretty interesting as I always want to make the best use of every opportunity as you know the growing trends of online marketing, online companies keep on opening discount coupons and surprising deal every time.
Recently I have made purchase from amazon. I bought two pain massage oil for my mother as she suffers from frozen shoulders. While buying products what I have found that categorization of product is wonderful.
As I have made COD, So after next day product has arrived- amazing fast shipping service, I was truly surprised. Having received product and opened it then I found that there were two bottle of oil 50 ml each and both were leaking because capping was not proper. I was quite disappointed to see that and I have immediately mailed to amazon support about this matter and request for replacement and done. Next day amazon executive come for pick up the product and after next 2 days I have received the parcel again, as I opened the parcel, I have found everything was okay, next day I got a message from amazon support, message was all about that they are sorry for this inconvenience and asking for apologize also they are releasing a complete amount that I have give on COD for the inconvenience and mistake.
So this was win win situation for me, as I got oil bottles free of the cost also got the money of oil. So overall I would say customer support is really awesome, shipping is so fast and there is no hustle when you find something wrong with product because easy replacement and return policy are there.
